FERRO VANADIUM
Ferro Vanadium (FeV) is an alloy formed by combining iron and vanadium.
Ferro Vanadium is an universal hardener, strengthener and anti-corrosive additive for steels like high-strength low-alloy steel, tool steels, apart from other ferrous-based products.
Ferro Vanadium is used as an additive to improve the qualities of ferrous alloys. It improves corrosion resistance to alkaline reagents along with sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. FeV is also used to improve the tensile strength to weight ratio of the material.
FeV is used in production steel which are used in the chemical processing industry for high pressure high throughput fluid handling systems, dealing with industrial scale sulfuric acid production. It is also commonly used for hand tools like wrenches, screwdrivers etc.
REFRAMAT offer premium grade Ferro Vanadium to its clients.
